At Abram Imports, we want you to love your rug. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as when it was delivered
  • Clean, unused, and free of damage
  • With original packaging (if applicable)

Rugs that are stained, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Additionally, depending on the size, weight, and value of the rug, a return processing charge may apply. This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and restocking, and will be deducted from your refund.

We will notify you of any applicable return charge before the return is finalized.

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions for shipping the item back.

Refunds

Once the returned rug is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
